StockX launches its first beauty product via DropX, featuring Revlon's Hot Girl Sunset Collection. The limited-edition set, priced from $40, drops July 28 at noon EST.
StockX, known for sneakers, is stepping into beauty. The resale platform is launching Revlon x Megan Thee Stallion’s Hot Girl Sunset Collection. This marks StockX’s first beauty release via its DropX model. The move aligns with its category expansion strategy.
The collection includes a 10-shade face and eye palette, faux lashes, gloss, and a “Hot Girl” makeup bag. With only 450 sets available, it launches July 28 at noon EST. Prices start at $40, and the packaging features an anime-inspired Megan Thee Stallion.
Revlon GM Chandra Coleman Harris called StockX “the ideal platform.” She cited Megan’s hype and StockX’s cultural relevance. StockX launched DropX in 2020 to host limited-edition, high-demand releases, making this beauty drop a natural fit.
StockX, valued at $3.8B in April 2021, is expanding categories and markets. It serves over 200 countries and employs 1,000+ people worldwide. Its focus is category diversification and global reach while strengthening its resale dominance.
