Asos is making big leadership changes. Sean Trend will lead the UK and US. Jag Weatherley will manage Europe and other global markets. Michelle Wilson will oversee Topshop, Topman, and wholesale partnerships with Nordstrom, Reliance, and Bestseller. These moves align with Asos' plan to simplify decision-making and strengthen its global reach.
Asos is focusing on efficiency. It has cut stock levels, improved product selection, and refinanced its debt. The new structure aims to speed up decisions and keep customers at the center of everything. The company is shifting to a geography-based setup to create market-specific strategies for better local impact.
Asos is combining brand and creative teams. Vanessa Spence, now EVP of Brand & Creative, will drive a unified brand vision. Tech is also a priority. Przemek Czarnecki, from Zalando, is joining as EVP of Technology. His role is to push digital advancements and improve e-commerce operations.
