DHL Supply Chain has acquired a controlling interest in Brandpath Group Ltd from PJ Investment Group. Brandpath, known for its fulfillment expertise, serves notable clients such as Google and ShipBob. This acquisition enhances DHL’s eCommerce solutions by integrating Brandpath’s agility with DHL's global network spanning 220 countries. Saul Resnick, CEO of DHL Supply Chain UK & Ireland, emphasized the synergy, calling it a move to create comprehensive and scalable solutions for eCommerce businesses.
Brandpath brings logistics capabilities designed for cross-border eCommerce.
