Next selects Zeos for fulfilling its online orders in continental Europe. Starting Q4 2025, the partnership will simplify logistics and improve delivery speed. Zeos, Zalando's B2B unit, strengthens its role in EU retail logistics.
British fashion retailer Next has announced a strategic partnership with Zeos, the fulfillment unit of Zalando. Zeos will handle most of Next’s online direct-to-consumer orders across continental Europe starting Q4 2025. This decision enhances Next's operational efficiency while simplifying logistics in its growing European market.
Zeos, established in 2023, brings cutting-edge technology and a vast network of 12 logistics centers, 20 returns hubs, and 40 transport providers across Europe. This infrastructure allows Next to optimize inventory, use a unified stock pool, and improve delivery times, benefiting both Next and Zalando customers.
Simon Wolfson, CEO of Next, praised the collaboration for combining Zalando’s robust operations with Next’s brand reach. Jan Bartels, SVP of Zeos, noted that this partnership underscores Zeos' commitment to supporting retailers with scalable, multi-channel logistics solutions.
For Zeos, this agreement marks a critical step in expanding its footprint both on and off the Zalando platform. By securing major clients like Next, Zeos reinforces its position as a leader in retail logistics, empowering brands to meet growing consumer demands in a competitive market.
