With over 20 years of experience, zooplus has shipped more than 48 million parcels across Europe. Operating online in 24 countries, including the UK, the Munich-based company currently ships to 28 countries. The regions where the new marketplace will first launch are yet to be revealed, but it's expected to significantly broaden zooplus's product offerings.
At Shoptalk, Lefebvre emphasized zooplus's commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction. "We offer convenience and flexibility with our subscription services, providing pet parents more quality time with their furry friends," he said. The company's app is designed for a seamless experience, boosting customer retention. The upcoming marketplace will further expand product choices, meeting diverse pet parent needs.
