SAP announced the launch of its AI shopping assistant, set to debut in mid-2025, designed to transform online shopping. Delivered through the SAP CX AI Toolkit, this tool enables natural language conversations, making it easier for consumers to find what they need. SAP’s goal is to make online shopping as intuitive as speaking with a salesperson. This innovation integrates seamlessly with SAP Commerce Cloud, enhancing the shopping experience with personalization and real-time decision-making.
SAP introduced the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, retail, fashion, and vertical business solution, marking a milestone for ERP in retail.
