ChannelEngine’s Vendor Hub introduces a Recovery Management solution aimed at helping Amazon Vendors reclaim 3.5% of their unpaid revenue, amounting to millions in lost profits due to shortages and pricing discrepancies. The tool, part of a larger suite designed for operational efficiency, automates the recovery process and enhances order and catalog management. New features like Sales Analytics and Digital Shelf Monitoring are also in the pipeline, set to launch later this year.
ChannelEngine’s new Vendor Hub includes a Recovery Management solution to help Amazon Vendors recover approximately 3.5% of unpaid revenue. This often-overlooked loss is due to unresolved disputes around shortages and pricing discrepancies in Amazon's 1P selling model. According to Jorrit Steinz, CEO of ChannelEngine, "Our solution empowers our customers to reclaim funds they might not even realize they’ve lost, boosting profitability and operational efficiency." For many brands, this 3.5% can add up to millions in recovered revenue.
Vendor Hub offers additional tools to optimize Amazon Vendor operations. Purchase Order Management simplifies procurement by automating order receipt, shipment, and invoicing, reducing administrative costs. Catalog Management centralizes updates to ensure accurate product listings across Amazon’s global channels. These tools are part of ChannelEngine’s effort to reduce the workload for vendors while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Looking ahead, ChannelEngine will soon launch Sales Analytics and Digital Shelf Monitoring within Vendor Hub. These tools will offer detailed insights into over 60 key performance metrics, helping vendors make data-driven decisions. Digital Shelf Monitoring will allow brands to track product listing accuracy and sales performance, ensuring their products remain competitive and engaging on Amazon’s platform.
As the trend toward hybrid selling grows, with 74% of Amazon Vendors using both 1P and 3P models, ChannelEngine is uniquely positioned to support this shift. Its Vendor Hub, combined with the well-established Seller Hub, offers a comprehensive suite of tools to help brands manage both sides of their Amazon operations. With further expansions planned in 2025, ChannelEngine is setting the standard for hybrid marketplace solutions, making it easier for brands to optimize both revenue streams.
