Deliveroo has introduced a new global brand platform called ‘Now Just Got Even Better.’ Launched on September 9, 2024, this campaign is aimed at showing Deliveroo's ability to elevate everyday moments by expanding beyond just food delivery. The new platform is based on insights from key markets like the UAE, UK, and France.
Deliveroo is now offering much more than food. It delivers groceries, party decorations, toys, flowers, and even pet items. The campaign demonstrates how Deliveroo can improve any moment, whether it’s a family meal or an office celebration. The first UAE campaign shows a relatable scenario where Ahmed, the main character, transforms a boring office party with Deliveroo’s help.
This campaign was produced by The Fifth Kind Productions, a creative agency in the UAE. Led by brothers Tarik and Wael Aris, the agency is known for creating entertaining content that reflects the region’s culture. Their work brings to life Deliveroo’s new visual direction, one that resonates with UAE audiences.
George Schempers, Head of Marketing at Deliveroo Middle East, explained that the platform aligns with Deliveroo’s mission to “transform the way you shop and eat.” By connecting consumers to their local neighbourhood, the platform reinforces Deliveroo’s commitment to convenience and quality. This new platform is set to drive Deliveroo's growth as they continue to redefine what it means to deliver.
