HubSpot unveils its new AI, Breeze, at INBOUND 2024, featuring Copilot, four Breeze Agents, and over 200 product updates. HubSpot also introduces agent.ai, a professional network for AI agents, with 47K users and 1,700 builders signed up.
On September 18, 2024, HubSpot introduced Breeze, a new AI designed to supercharge its customer platform. Breeze includes Copilot, which simplifies tasks for users, and four Breeze Agents that handle various tasks from content creation to customer management. HubSpot embedded over 80 features into its platform, enhancing efficiency and productivity for marketing, sales, and service teams. “Breeze will redefine how GTM teams operate, making everything easier and faster,” said Dharmesh Shah, HubSpot’s Co-Founder and CTO.
Breeze Intelligence is HubSpot’s answer to disconnected data. It enriches customer data by pulling from a database of over 200M profiles, helping businesses identify high-fit prospects. The AI also shortens forms to boost conversion rates by auto-filling known data. According to HubSpot, companies using a unified platform generate 107% more leads and close 35% more deals. Breeze Intelligence aims to ensure businesses have the data they need to succeed without wasting time.
HubSpot also rolled out significant updates to its Marketing Hub and Content Hub, giving marketers the tools they need to excel. New features include Content Remix for video, which turns a single video into a full marketing campaign, and Lead Scoring, which helps identify top prospects. The new Marketing Analytics Suite consolidates metrics, allowing marketers to refine campaigns quickly. HubSpot reports that 89% of its users with a unified platform use it daily, driving substantial growth.
HubSpot’s Co-Founder and CTO, Dharmesh Shah, introduced agent.ai, a groundbreaking professional network for AI agents. Users can create custom agents using the Agent Builder, part of this new ecosystem. Already, 47K users and 1,700 builders are part of agent.ai, which aims to revolutionize how businesses approach complex tasks like SEO research and competitive analysis. “There’s an agent for that,” said Shah, highlighting the platform's potential to transform the AI landscape.
