Levi's® is stepping into the future with a new tool called the Levi’s® Jeans Fit Guide, launched on November 11, 2024. This exciting feature uses Amazon Alexa technology to assist shoppers in Germany. Customers can now find their perfect jeans fit without stepping into a store. Instead, they can answer a few interactive voice questions from the comfort of their own homes.
To use the Fit Guide, shoppers just say, “Alexa, starte den Levi’s® Fit Guide.” Alexa will then ask a series of questions about gender, style, and fit preferences. Based on these answers, Alexa recommends from 18 available styles for both men and women. The results are displayed verbally or on Alexa-enabled screens, making the process easy!
Lucia Marcuzzo, managing director for Europe at Levi Strauss & Co., emphasized that this guide reinforces the brand's direct-to-consumer focus. With European revenue growing by 7% in Q3, thanks in part to a 30% increase in e-commerce, this innovation comes at the right time. Shoppers can engage with this guide until the end of December 2024, facilitating easy purchasing through Amazon or Levi’s® website.
Levi's® is the first fashion brand to use Alexa for a branded shopping experience. This partnership with Amazon highlights Levi’s® commitment to innovation in the retail space.
